David J Plucinsky

Dave Plucinsky represents a number of Secure Electrans' prominent investors including the company's largest investor, Freshwater SA. In addition to his board position at Secure Electrans, he is Chairman of AIM listed Mid-States PLC and a director of AIM listed Intelligent Environments PLC. Dave serves as Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. His thirty-eight years of US and UK experience have involved leadership roles at premier companies in the financial services market. Between 1982 and 1990 Dave was the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of The Sequor Group, a Wall Street based subsidiary of Security Pacific Corporation. Following their acquisition of Hoare Govett Limited, from 1990 to 1994 Dave was the Chief Financial Officer of Security Pacific Hoare Govett, also serving latterly as Chief Executive Officer of Hoare Govett Limited. He now uses his accumulated experience in the international financial markets to assist growing companies implement strategic planning initiatives and resolve problem situations. Dave's proven expertise in helping companies create and maximise shareholder value is a valuable addition to the Electrans Board.
